1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within India: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (if applicable)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
