Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Items must include all tags, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).
Note: Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless received damaged or defective):

Clearance or “Final Sale” products
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@shopxbuddy.shop.
Please include:

Photos or video of the damaged/wrong item and packaging
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
